Kohrogi Yugo

 Artist. Based in Tokyo/Kumamoto. Focuses on ethereal and dynamic aspects such as light, color, vision, and illusion around the motif of the human body in order to push the boundaries of painting. Major exhibitions include the solo exhibitions “ORDINARY” (2020, Gallery Naruyama/ Tokyo) and “EYE” (2020, Yoshimi Arts/Osaka), “Takahashi Collection Face and Abstraction” (2018, Kiyoharu Shirakaba Museum/Yamanashi), 2018 artist’s residency in Spain “Calle Mayor 54” and Bulgaria “World of Co”.
