Kikoh Matsuura

Artist. Based in Osaka. Creates photographs, sound works, and installation works that explore his view of nature through themes of the natural world and beauty and mystery of the universe. Also working actively and broadening horizons through joint research and work with universities and companies. Also known as a musician. Major exhibitions include “BIWAKO BIENNALE” (2020, Ogikichi Storehouse/Shiga), solo exhibition “Life beside you” (2020, Artifact/New York), “Art Innovation” (2019, Kyoto University, Kyoto), solo exhibition “Singularity” (2013, Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium/Tokyo). Winner of the “Budapest International Foto Awards 2020”.
